We pick the cylinder with standard locksmith tools — no drilling, no broken door. Works on Schlage, Kwikset, Weiser, Yale, Mul-T-Lock and most builder-grade hardware. If the key snapped off in the lock we extract the broken piece and cut you a new key on the spot. Drilling is the last resort and only with your okay first.
Opened with an inflatable wedge and a long-reach rod through the door seal — same method dealerships use. Works on most makes from 1995 onward. For European cars with deadbolts (older BMW, Mercedes, Audi) we use a slim jim or pick the door cylinder. We carry battery jumpers if the issue is a dead fob battery, not a lockout.
Priority dispatch on commercial lockouts — staff and customers waiting outside is real lost revenue. We open Schlage L-series, Mul-T-Lock Cronus, Medeco Maxum and most commercial mortise locks without drilling. Invoice is itemized and emailed before we leave the site.
Standard dispatch runs 8 AM – 8 PM. After 8 PM, weekends and stat holidays the call goes through the same number to the on-call tech. After-hours pricing is quoted up front before the truck rolls — you approve the rate or you don't.
